When you systemise your business with a Brain in a Box Consultant we’ll make sure that everyone in your business can access your systems. We’ll create an intranet site for you and everything we do will be published to this site. You can continue to add to it long after we’ve completed our work together. Your ‘props’ – the forms, checklists, guides, scripts, videos, etc. that support your systems – can be published here as well. So practically everything you need to run your business can be accessed from the one location on the web.
So, we’ll prioritise and map your core processes based on our 5-step systems methodology. We’ll use our custom post-its (based on standard ISO figures) to capture your processes, or we’ll work directly in Lucidchart® using Zoom. As we upload photos of your draft processes, the Brain in a Box Confidence team kicks into action, drawing your workflow in Lucidchart® and publishing it directly to your intranet site. We’ll also capture as many of your props (checklists, guides, scripts, video, templates, etc) as we can through the week and the Confidence team will help to create & publish these as well so that you can access them directly from your Google Site, SharePoint Site or Teamwork Spaces.
Our total focus will be to publish your core business systems by the end of the week. We will support you as you continue to grow your systems for a further (one) month after our systems intensive week*. Our dedicated Confidence team will continue to work with you during this month to help you to create and publish your props and new workflows. Naturally, you’ll have access to your systems from day one.
