What You Get When You Work With Us

Working With You And Your Team, We’ll Capture Your Systems And Have Them Available On Your Google Site, Ready To Share With Your Team.

To make sure that everyone in your business can access your systems, we create an intranet site for you. Everything we do is published to this site, and you can continue to add to it long after we’ve completed our work together. Your ‘props’ – the forms, checklists, guides, scripts, videos, etc. That support your systems – can easily be published here as well. This means that practically everything you need to run your business can be accessed from the one location on the web.
So, we’ll prioritise and map your core processes based on our 5-step systems methodology, using our custom post-its (based on standard iso figures). As we upload photos of your draft processes, the brain in a box confidence team kicks into action, drawing your workflow in lucidchart® and publishing it directly to your intranet site. We’ll also capture as many of your props (checklists, guides, scripts, video, templates, etc) as we can through the week and the confidence team will help to create & publish these as well.

Our total focus will be to have your core business systemised by the end of the week. We want you to continue to grow your systems for a further (one) month after we complete our systems intensive week. Our dedicated confidence team will continue to work with you during this month to help you to create and publish your props and new workflows.Naturally, you’ll have access to your systems from day one.

How We Work

1 Team Orientation

We’ll start the first day with a presentation to your assembled team, covering our approach to systems. Then we’ll create ‘the big picture’ using a mind map.

3 … And Then We Map Your Systems

Using the systems planner to guide us, we’ll capture and refine the core business processes, working with members of your team.

4 Upload To Confidence

As we capture each process from the workshop sessions, we will upload them to the confidence team. Shortly after that you’ll see them published to your google site.

2 Set Up Systems Planner

We will then list your core processes on the Systems Planner so we can track our progress.

6 We’ll Try Our Hardest…

We will work with you to minimise the impact of our workshops on your day to day activities.

7 One Intensive Week…

We Propose That, Initially, Five Days Be Allowed To Capture And Upload Your Core Systems.

5 Get The Props Moving

Props (checklists, forms, templates, videos, etc.) are crucial to your business systems, and the confidence team will start working on them straight away.

9 The Confidence Portal

Access Confidence Via Our Online Portal. We Have A Range Of Options To Provide Ongoing Support After Your Included Support Period.

The success of your systems project depends on the active participation of you and your team.

8… And Then A Month

Following your systems intensive week, you can continue to upload workflows and props, and the confidence team will create and publish them to your site, for a month after we finish (pro rata for short engagements).

What You Pay

Your overall investment in this 5-day project will be $8,000 including GST, plus economy airfares and accommodation if required (we will not charge for our meals, car hire, tolls, parking or other charges). Unless otherwise agreed, we will invoice you as follows

Short Engagements

For most businesses, we need every minute of the five days to capture your core systems. However, for a follow-up engagement or micro business, we may manage in three or four days. For such 'short engagements' the following applies:

plus, if applicable, economy airfare & accommodation at cost		 Due prior to commencement $Balance*
*Total investment for a short engagement is calculated as $1,700 x No. days (inc GST).
Please note that we will only commit to a short engagement on acceptance of your proposed scope.
